Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control. Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We periodically offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from us, which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Orders Not Delivered or Returned

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Reshipping charges may apply.
